Make sure to LOG IN before using coupon codes. If you are not logged in, there is a good chance the coupon code will not work. Do not use coupon code in the "Use Gift Voucher" section.
Before finalizing order:
Please carefully check your order before finalizing it! Take these steps at checkout:
1: Make sure you are logged in at checkout. If you log in AT checkout, please refresh the page after you log in.
2: Double check the products, options, and quantities at checkout. Our site allows you to store items in your cart for future visits so make sure you are buying ONLY the items you want!
3: Input your coupon codes and verify they have worked. Something as simple as capitalizing a letter could cause a code not to work, so you need to be positive you have put it in correctly.
If your order needs to be adjusted after the order is placed, any positive difference will be applied as a store credit. We must be notified of what changes need to be made before the order ships! If your order has been shipped before we are notified of the changes, you will be responsible for the return shipping of the original order.
If your order needs to be adjusted due to glitches or mistakes on our website, we will be happy to refund any positive difference to the original payment method.
Fraud Prevention Practices: Please note if your credit card billing information does not match what your bank has on file, your order may be delayed. Typically, the delay will be under 24 hours but in some cases your order may be delayed up to 48 hours. If your credit card or debit billing information is tied to a PO Box, enter the PO Box Number first. i.e. PO Box 1234 would be entered as 1234 PO Box 1234 for entering your billing information. If you are still having problems with your payment being authorized, please try entering your extended Zip+4 code. If you do not know your Zip+4 code, it can be acquired by utilizing the "Look up a Zip Code" tool on the US Postal Service website.
While we are not a retail location, our local customers are very welcome to pick up their orders at our office. Du to proprietary recipes and processes, we are required to maintain a closed lab and cannot allow customers to enter the shop. If you would like to pick up your order, please let us know at least 1 day in advance. You may pick up Monday through Friday between 11am and 5pm. WE ARE CLOSED WEEKENDS!

International orders, due to the high volume of fraudulent orders cominf from overseas sources, are all "Held for Review" by our credit card processing system. If you have never placed an order with us, we will likely contact you for proof of ID before processing your order. In the cases we need proof of ID, we will ask for a government issued ID showing the same name as on the credit card to be sent as an image file to us before we can process your order. Once we have obtained this proof of ID for the first order, we will not need to request this information again unless your information changes. Your international orders will still be "Held for Review", but will be immediately approved the moment we see your order. If you are placing an international order, please give your order up to 48 hours to appear in your "My Account" area on our website before contacting us.
